Well the Lemonade Zero and the Fruit Punch Zero Glacaeu Vitamin Waters are tasty, although they have a slight after taste you might not like. How would it negatively impact me to have one a day with lunch? I mean maybe I'm being naive, but it looks like its within all of the parameters that it's supposed to be in. I also read that as a male, I'm not supposed to have more than 9 teaspoons of added sugars a day, and the kickstarter has 20g, which converts to 4 teaspoons. I've read that you're not supposed to have more than 400mg of caffeine a day, and this has 92 for the can. I've recently started watching my weight and counting my calories, and they're only 80 calories for a 16oz can, which is not bad at all. because while it doesn't do anything to expressly benefit you, in my research, I can't see how it's "bad". I know it's not "healthy" for you, but I like my soda and I'm not ready to give it up yet :) But I'm really confused. Please don't talk about how you shouldn't drink soda at all, etc etc. Okay so first off, it's a carbonated beverage, I know it's not actually HEALTHY for you.
